Cancellation Policy
I strive to provide personalized and positive experience for all clients! When you book an appointment with me the time is reserved exclusively for you. I ask that all clients: Cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours in advance so that, I may have the opportunity to fill that spot. Clients that cancel 3 hours or less in advance or fail to show to an appointment, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). If you are 15 minutes late I will consider this a no-show and cancel your appointment and your card will be charged. Cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to card on file.
